If one is a citizen of one of the countries, mentioned in the list given below, such one can easily obtain one’s
Kyrgyz visa, valid for one month, at any embassy or consulate of Kyrgyzstan abroad or at the Consular Department of Kyrgyz
MFA in international airport of Bishkek upon one's arrival, without letter of invitation (LOI). Besides it, such one does not need registration at the OVIR desk of Kyrgyz Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Citizens of the countries listed below can visit Kyrgyzstan without visa but they must register themselves at the OVIR desk in three business days after arrival in Kyrgyzstan.

There are 3 ways to get Kyrgyz visa:
- One can obtain his Kyrgyz visa at the Consular Department of Kyrgyz MFA in international airport of Bishkek upon one’s arrival. One has to fill in a special visa application form, to provide two passport photos and to pay some visa fees there. If one’s country is not mentioned in anyone of the lists given above, then such one need our special letter of invitation for obtaining one's Kyrgyz visa on arrival.
- One can obtain one’s Kyrgyz visa by applying on one’s own to any embassy or consulate of Kyrgyzstan abroad. If one’s country is not mentioned in anyone of the lists given above, then such one need our letter of invitation for obtaining one's Kyrgyz visa at any suitable Kyrgyz Consulate. The invitation is to be sent to the embassy or consulate appointed by the client.
- For those who need it, we can issue in advance (before arrival) so called Kyrgyz tourist visa by default by applying, on our own and without clients' passports, directly to Kyrgyz Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bishkek. In this case, the clients do not have to pay any visa fees and to deal with any Kyrgyz Consulate on their own.
RE OVIR REGISTRATION
Foreigners, intending to stay in Kyrgyzstan more than three days, must register themselves at the OVIR desk of Kyrgyz MIA unless they are citizens of one of the countries mentioned in the first list given above.
